A Budagyöngye Sorszámhúzó applikáció segítségével akár irodából, autóból vagy otthon a karosszékből is húzhat sorszámot a Budapest Bank Budagyöngye Fiókjába nyitva tartási időn belül.
Ezzel megérkezésekor akár rövidebb várakozási idővel intézheti pénzügyeit.
A kapott sorszám adott napon, nyitvatartási időn belül bármikor felhasználható.
A fel nem használt sorszámok törölhetők a felhasználó által, vagy nap végén automatikusan törlésre kerülnek.
A bankfiók elérhetőségéről, leterheltségéről, alapadatairól is informálódhat.
A bankfiók minél könnyebb megközelíthetősége érdekében lehetősége van megtervezni a legoptimálisabb útvonalat az Ön kedvenc útvonal tervezője segítségével.
Az alkalmazás letöltése, használata nem regisztrációhoz kötött és kizárólag a Budapest Bank Budagyöngye Fiókjába történő sorszám húzásra használható.
A sorszámhúzás folyamata
- Az igénybe venni kívánt szolgáltatás kiválasztása után a rendszer által generált sorszám megjelenik készüléke képernyőjén.
- A bankfiókba érkezéskor a sorszámot az alkalmazás segítségével a MEGÉRKEZTEM gombra kattintással aktiválni szükséges.
- Aktiváláskor a behívás sorrendje a sorszám húzásának időpontjától függ.

Your number can be used on the particular day anytime during opening hours.
Unused numbers can be deleted by the user, or, will be deleted automatically at the end of the day.
You can also obtain information of the address, the workload as well as basic data of the branch.
In order to access the branch in the easiest way, you can plan the most optimal route with your favourite route planner.
Downloading and using the application does not require to registration. It may only be used to pull a number to the Budagyöngye Branch of Budapest Bank.
The method of pulling a number
- After selecting the desired service, the number generated by the application is displayed on your device.
- Upon arrival to the branch, you have to activate the number by clicking on the ‘ARRIVED” button in the application.
- Upon activation, the order of calling depends on the date of pulling the number
